About this race
🎄 Welcome to the First Annual Tinsel Trot! 🎄
Around Here Collective is excited to bring our community together for our first-ever Tinsel Trot on Saturday, December 19, 2026, at 8:00 a.m.!
Whether you're an experienced runner, a casual walker, or just looking for a fun way to celebrate the Christmas season with family and friends, there's something for everyone!
🏃 The Tinsel Trot 5K – Lace up your running shoes and join us for a festive 3.1-mile run!
🎅 The Merry Little Mile – A one-mile fun walk perfect for families, kids, and anyone who wants to join in on the Christmas cheer!
❤️ A Little Christmas Cheer for a Great Cause
The Tinsel Trot is about more than crossing the finish line. All proceeds will benefit local school Needy Funds, helping provide students in need with everyday essentials like deodorant, toothbrushes, hairbrushes, and other personal care items.
👕 Registration Includes a Race T-Shirt!
Register by November 19 to help ensure your T-shirt arrives in time for race day. Registration will remain open after this date, but shirts may arrive after the event.
🎄 Come Run, Walk, and Give Back!
Grab your friends, bring the family, throw on your favorite festive gear, and join us for a morning of Christmas cheer, community spirit, and giving back to our local students.
We can't wait to see you at the starting line!
