About this race
The Human Potential Running Series Presents
The Bingo! Trail Runs @ Addenbrooke Park
This event is an HPRS "Trail Party," designed to promote community and provide runners of all abilities an opportunity to enjoy trail and ultra running in a fun, stress-free environment.
The Bingo! Trail Runs is a one-of-a-kind event where each runner continues running loops until they get a Bingo on their bib. Runners earn a bingo by pulling bingo chips from a bag. If the number they pull is on their bib, the runner blots the number, runs another loop, then pulls another ball. If the number is not on their bib, the runner marks nothing, runs another lap, then pulls another ball. This continues up to 7:00pm, and the runner’s result is the number of miles they ran on their way to a bingo. Runners who drop from the event before earning a bingo will not be listed as official finishers. HPRS does not publish 'DNF' results.
The course features single-track and paved trails at Addenbrooke Park in Lakewood, CO. If conditions allow, the course will run primarily on dirt single-track trails typically used by equestrians. If conditions do not allow (mud), the route will take place on paved bike paths within the park. The course is mostly exposed with scattered areas of cottonwood trees. The course is mostly flat with negligible elevation gain/loss. One aid station will be at the main control point, which each runner will access before/after each loop.
