About this race
Every winter, The Great Northern Winter Festival brings people together to embrace the coldest season of the year with outdoor adventure, live music, art, and community celebration. This year marks our 10th anniversary, and we're celebrating with The Great Northern Winter Run on Saturday, January 30th. The course follows the Mississippi and begins and ends right in the festival grounds.
Your race bib is your festival pass. Cross the finish line and head straight in — no separate ticket needed. Grab a drink at the ice bar, warm up at a vendor village, and spend the rest of the day enjoying live music, art, and outdoor activities. Run solo or bring your crew!
