Celebrating 46 years of running in East Grand Rapids. Join us for a morning racing. Our 2025 race offerings include:

• 5K: A popular distance for runners of all levels.
• 5K Doggie Dash: Bring your furry friends along for a fun race!
• 1 Mile Family Fun Run: Perfect for families to enjoy together.
• 10K: A challenging option for seasoned runners.
• Combo racing: You will race both the 5K and the 10K.
• Triple Crown: Participate in the 5K, Mile, and 10K.
