Rescue Me 5K

🏃‍♂️ 6th Annual Rescue Me 5K Run/Walk

This event is held in Lincoln, New Hampshire, benefitting Lakes Region Search and Rescue (“LRSAR”).

🌲 About LRSAR

LRSAR is a non-profit, all-volunteer organization formed in 2019 to assist New Hampshire Fish & Game with wilderness search and rescue missions in the Southern White Mountains and Lakes Region of New Hampshire. 📍 Start / Finish Location

• Time: 10:00 am
• Location: Basecamp Brewing, 25 South Mountain Drive, Lincoln, NH.
• Course: The course is flat and fast.

🎉 Post-Race Party

• Join Us: Enjoy post-race festivities at Basecamp Brewing.
• Raffle: Tickets available for purchase on race day.

🎽 Bib Pickup Day of Event

• Time: Race Day bib pick-up begins at 8:30 a.m.
• Location: Burgeon Outdoors.

👕 Registered Participants Receive

• T-Shirt: For those who register by 09/30/25.
• Custom Finisher's Medal: Awarded upon completion.

💲 In-Person and Virtual Registration Fees

• 5K Adults: $35 / $40 the day of registration.
• 5K Youth: $30 / $35 the day of registration (17 and under).

📝 Day of Registration

8:30 a.m. on race day! Day of Registration is located at Burgeon Outdoors.

Price Chopper, 10 Paper Mill Dr, Lincoln.

🏆 Individual Race Awards

Awards to the top three male and top three female finishers. You must be present to receive your award unless you contact us in advance to make other arrangements.

💻 Virtual Race

Virtual participants will not receive a shirt or finish medal.

🖥️ How the Virtual Race Works

• Register: Sign up for the race.
• Complete: 5K (3.1 miles) anytime and anywhere you choose.
• Submit: Your results online from 11/08 - 11/15.
• Share: Your pictures with us!

🌦️ Weather/Refunds

The event will take place rain, snow, or shine. No refunds will be available for this event.

• Are dogs allowed at your event? Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed on our course at this time. The only exception would be a service animal.
• Are strollers allowed at your event? Yes! Strollers are permitted at our event.
