7th Annual Rescue Me 5K Run/Walk
Join us in Lincoln, New Hampshire, benefitting Lakes Region Search and Rescue (“LRSAR”).
About LRSAR
- Non-profit Organization: LRSAR is a non-profit, all-volunteer organization formed in 2019.
- Mission: Assists New Hampshire Fish & Game with wilderness search and rescue missions in the Southern White Mountains and Lakes Region.

Start / Finish Location
The race starts and finishes at Basecamp Brewing, 25 South Mountain Drive, Lincoln, NH at 10:00 am. The course is flat and fast.
Post-Race Party
- Festivities: Join us for post-race festivities at Basecamp Brewing.
- Raffle: Raffle tickets will be available for purchase on race day.
Bib Pickup Day of Event
Race Day bib pick-up begins at 8:30 a.m. at Burgeon Outdoors.
Registered Participants Receive
- T-Shirt: For those who register by 10/01/26.
- Finisher's Medal: Custom finisher's medal for participants.
In-Person and Virtual Registration Fees
- 5K Adults: $35 / $40 the day of registration.
- 5K Youth (17 and under): $30 / $35 the day of registration.
Day of Registration
Registration will be open on race day at 8:30 a.m. at Burgeon Outdoors.
Parking
Available at Price Chopper, 10 Paper Mill Dr, Lincoln.
Individual Race Awards
Awards will be given to the top three male and top three female finishers. Participants must be present to receive awards unless prior arrangements are made.
Virtual Race
Virtual participants will not receive a shirt or finish medal.
How the Virtual Race Works
- Registration: Register for the race.
- Complete the 5K: Run, jog, or walk at any time and location you choose.
- Timing: You have from 11/08 - 11/15 to complete the virtual 5K.
- Submit Results: Submit your results online by clicking the SUBMIT VIRTUAL RESULTS button in the right-hand corner of the registration page under RESULTS.
Weather/Refunds
The event will take place rain, snow, or shine. No refunds will be available for this event.

Q&A
- Are dogs allowed? Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed on our course, with the exception of service animals.
- Are strollers allowed? Yes! Strollers are permitted at our event.
