A scenic, riverfront 5K event where participants can run solo or team up with a partner for a relay. 100% of all proceeds benefit Fulfill (Monmouth / Ocean County Foodbank) for the Thanksgiving holiday season. Join us for the 3rd Annual River Rock 'N Run Relay with an updated course!

🏃‍♂️ Event Details

• Solo Rocker (Full 5K): Participants run the 2-loop course for a full 5K. Runners will receive split times.
• Relay 5K (Each runner does 1.5 mile loop): Runners can team up and run the 5K as a relay. Each runner receives split times and the team gets a relay time. Choose your division and create a fun team name.
• Post-Race Celebration: All participants gather at River Rock Restaurant for fantastic food, prizes, and raffles. Over $8000 raised for a great cause!
