• Event: Run For The Paws 5k and 1 mile run
• Beneficiary: Wellington Humane Society
• Non-profit Status: 501(c) organization serving Sumner County, Kansas
• Mission: To take in unwanted animals and find them loving, permanent homes

• Location: 203 W. Hillside, Wellington, KS
• 5k Start Time: 7:30 AM
• 1 Mile Start Time: 8:30 AM

🏃‍♂️ Course Information

• Terrain: Mix of road, gravel, and sidewalk
• T-shirts: Guaranteed for pre-registered participants by May 15th at noon
• Packet Pickup: June 19-20 from 3-7 PM or race day beginning at 6:30 AM
• Medals: Finisher medals for all participants

🥇 Awards and Amenities

• Trophies: Given to top male and top female in the 5k
• Refreshments: Post-race refreshments for both races
• Water Station: One aid station at the halfway point for the 5k
• Dogs: Welcome but must be vaccinated, non-aggressive, and leashed
