Run for the Paws 5k Run/Walk

🐾 Event Overview

• Event Name: Hopkins County Humane Society RUN FOR THE PAWS 5K Run/Walk and Kids Fun Run
• Date: June 14, 2025
• Location: Madisonville City Park, 755 Park Avenue, Madisonville, KY
• Community Support: Proceeds go directly to supporting the Hopkins County Humane Society and the animals in our care.

👟 Schedule of Events

• Kids Fun Run: Starts at 8:00 AM
• 5K Run/Walk: Starts at 8:15 AM
• Packet Pick-up: Available on June 13th from 4 PM - 6 PM and on race morning from 7 AM - 8 AM
• Registration: Cash only at packet pick-up times

🚶‍♂️ Participation Guidelines

• Family-Friendly: Strollers and dogs are welcome: please start behind the runners.
• Clean-Up: Participants must clean up after their dogs.
• T-Shirt Guarantee: Register before May 26th to ensure a race T-shirt.
• Parking: Available in all designated parking areas.

🎁 Donations and Prizes

• Encouraged Donations: Dry and soft dog food, puppy and cat food, blankets, and cleaning supplies.
• Prizes: Awards for First Male and First Female in various categories.
• Categories Include: Overall 5K, Overall 5K Under 18, Overall 5K Over 40, First Dog 5K, First Stroller 5K.
• Kids Fun Run: Medals for first boy and girl.
