🌄 Race Overview

• Introduction: The San Diego 50M is a great introduction into ultra marathons or your first 50M distance, ideal for all running levels.
• Trail Marathon: The San Diego Trail Marathon is a staple in the trail marathon events. Enjoy a fast trail while getting to summit its high point of Raptor Ridge.
• Relay Format: NEW Sand Diego Trail Marathon Relay is a new format to our classic Trail Marathon. Run 13.1 before passing off to your team mate to run the last 13.1 miles finishing at our Official Finish Line.
• Location: Note there will not be a shuttle. Easy Pick Up Drop Offs are available at the Piedras Parking Trail Head Parking Lot.

🏅 Race Categories

• Heavy Half Marathon: The San Diego Trail Heavy Half Marathon is a beautiful course for exploring new trails and accomplishing race goals as it gives you just that little more than a half marathon.
• Summit Chase: NEW Summit Chase 10M conquer and claim the CROWN on the fast out and back course up to the top of Raptor Ridge. The fastest time out and back claims the crown.
• Valley 5M: NEW Valley 5M our flat 5 plus mile event gives you an introduction distance and amazing valley views.
• Stroller Trail 5K: NEW Stroller Trail 5k our flat 5k (3.1 Mile) event gives you a super flat course to get out with your little ones and enjoy the day.

👶 Youth Participation

• Elevated Youth 1 Mile: The Elevated Youth 1 Mile is open to children 10 and younger. This is a non-timed run.
• Finisher Rewards: All kids receive a finisher’s shirt/medal.
• Family-Friendly: Whether you sprint, run, walk, jog, or hike this event you do not want to miss.
• CUPLESS Race: We are a CUPLESS race series. Please make sure to bring some form of hydration vessel to carry hydration for your event. There will not be cups provided at aid stations.
