🎈 Race Day Fun & Schedule
- Registration: 6:30 – 8:15 AM at Lot 25. Walk-up registrations welcome!
- Santa Appearance: The REAL Santa will be on-site for photos from 7:00 – 9:00 AM.
- Kids Dashes: Ho Ho Ho Dashes start at 8:00 AM for kids of various distances.
- Mass Start: The 5K & 10K begins at 8:30 AM: must cross the start line by 8:40 AM to be timed.
🎁 Inclusions
- Results: Participants receive chip-timed results for both the 5K and 10K.
- Swag Options: Choose between a full Santa suit, Santa beanie, or race shirt.
- Custom Medal: Finishers receive a Santa-at-the-beach medal that can be used as a Christmas ornament.
- Festive Activities: Enjoy games, food vendors, and prizes for Best Christmas Spirit and Best Costume.
📦 Packet Pick-Up
- Race Day Pick-Up: Available from 6:30 – 8:15 AM at Lot 25.
- Early Pick-Up: Thursday, December 4th, 3:30 – 6:30 PM at Road Runner Sports.
- Location: Road Runner Sports – 1835 Newport Blvd, Costa Mesa, CA.
- ID: No ID required for pick-up: you may pick up for others.
🚗 Parking & Drop-Off
- Parking Fee: Bolsa Chica State Beach Lot 25 parking is $15 per vehicle.
- Drop-Off: Available at the corner of Warner & PCH.
- Alternative Parking: Free public parking in Sunset Beach behind Jack in the Box.
🚻 Facilities and Guidelines
- Restrooms: Open and located on each end of Lot 25.
- Strollers: Welcome: be sure to keep to the right and wear your bib visibly.
- Pets: Friendly pets allowed on leashes, kept to the back of the race field.
- Weather: The event will proceed rain or shine.
