Event Overview

• Date: Saturday, July 18, 2026
• Location: Municipal Recreation Sports Complex, Santa Fe, NM
• Events: 5K and 10K cross country races
• Course: Trail/dirt roads, with exceptions for .25 miles

Races for Ages 3 - 14

• Objective: To get kids moving and promote a healthy lifestyle
• Ages & Distances:
  • 3 – 4 yrs old – 200 meters
  • 5 – 6 yrs old – 400 meters
  • 7 – 8 yrs old – 800 meters
  • 9 – 10 yrs old – 1 mile
  • 11 – 14 yrs old – 2 miles
• Check-in Time: By 8:45 am to receive your race number
• Registration Bonus: Free giveaway (SWAG) guaranteed if registered by June 25

5K & 10K Cross Country Race

• Awards: Cash prizes for Top Male, Female & Non-Binary Overall
• Prize Structure:
  • First Place - $100
  • Second Place - $75
  • Third Place - $50
  • Top Male & Female Masters (40+) - $35
• Eligibility: No duplication of awards: recipients must be present for pickup
• Registration Deadlines: Online closes on July 16 at 11:59 pm

Registration Information

• Registration Fees:
  • $40 before May 31
  • $45 June 1 - July 17
  • $50 on Race Day (cash or card only)
• Team Registration Fee: $75
• Team Divisions:
  • High School Boys - 5 male runners / top 3 score
  • High School Girls - 5 female runners / top 3 score
  • High School Coed - 5 (3 boys & 2 girls OR 2 boys & 3 girls) / Top 2 boys & girl score OR Top 2 girls & boy score
• Awards: Top Team in each division
