🇺🇸 SARR Freedom Day Run-4-Miler, 2-Miler & Li'l Firecrackers Kids Run

Running=Freedom. Come celebrate your freedom with the San Antonio RoadRunners for our traditional 4-Miler on the 4th of July. Wear your best Red, White, and Blue for the Freedom Day 4-Miler, 2-Miler, and Li’l Firecrackers Kids Run.

We have the virtual option if you cannot attend the live race. You can have your packet shipped (at extra cost) or you can pick up at in-person packet pick up (no extra cost).

🏃‍♂️ In-Person Race Details

• Chip-timed: Freedom Day 4-Miler will be chip-timed and awards will be given for overall and 5-year age groups.
• Fun run: 2-Miler is a fun run/walk and is not chip-timed.
• Costume contest: Dress in your best RED, WHITE and BLUE!!!
• Shirts: Available in adult and youth sizes until sold out. We recommend registering by 6/1/25 to guarantee your shirt size.
• Finisher medals: Finisher medals for all participants.
• Post-race food: Enjoy food and refreshments after the race.

💻 Virtual Race Details

• Run from anywhere: The Virtual Freedom Day 4-Miler and 2-Miler are races that you can run or walk from any location and route.
• Race bib: Signup, download and print your race bib, complete the 4-Miler or 2-Miler and submit your results.
• Finisher's Certificate: When you submit your time, you will also be able to download, print and/or share your Finisher's Certificate.
• Race window: Complete your race and submit your results between: July 4, 2025, 12:00 am- July 25, 2025, 11:59 pm.
• Shirt sizes: Mens or womens tech shirt. Youth sizes will be limited.
• Medal: Everyone will receive a Finisher medal.
• Packet pickup: PACKETS ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY SHIPPED. PICK UP PACKET AT THE PRE-RACE PACKET PICK UP FOR FREE OR ADD-ON SHIPPING AT REGISTRATION TO HAVE YOUR PACKET MAILED.

📅 Packet Pickup Information

Highly recommended to pick up your packet before race day.

• June 29th: 12:15-3:00 PM, Fleet Feet Culebra Commons, 7010 W Loop 1604 N Suite 103, San Antonio, TX 78254
• July 3rd: 4-7 PM, REI, 11745 I-10 Suite 110, San Antonio, TX 78230
• Race Day: Packet pick up at McAllister Park, 6:00 AM-7:30 AM (for Live Event participants only).

• 7:00 AM: Li'l Firecrackers Kids Run (1K Run)
• 7:15 AM: 4-Miler Starts
• 7:20 AM: 2-Miler Starts
• 8:15 AM: 4-Miler Awards

🏅 Awards

We will be handing out awards for the 4-Miler only. Overall and age group awards in 5-year increments for the top 3. Must pick up award on race day. Check results before you leave, and have a friend pick up for you if you cannot stay for the ceremony.

💸 Registration Info

Register Early. SARR members receive a 25% discount on the 4-Miler and 2-Miler with online registration thru 6/1/25 (automatically applied at checkout). Active-Duty Military get a $5 discount on the 4-Miler thru 6/1/25 (no other discounts apply: please show ID at packet pickup). Runners age 24 or younger and age 70+ get a 50% discount on the 4-Miler with online registration thru 6/1/25 (no other discounts apply).
