Southern Oregon Runners Turkey Trot Run

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

Come to Talent, Oregon for our Thanksgiving run! We will be hosting a food drive for the SOU food bank and a portion of the proceeds will go to SOR Student Runners Programs which include Shoes for Kids (provides shoes to Jr. High and High School athletes who would like to participate in Cross Country and Track but cannot afford proper running shoes), KidsRunFree (provides free entry to all SOR races for kids 18 & under), and XC Project (provides timing support for schools during cross country season).

• Date: November 27, 2024
• Turkey Dash Kids Run: 8:00 AM (8 and Under)
• 8 Mile Run: 8:15 AM
• 5k Run/Walk: 8:30 AM
• 2 Mile Family Run/Walk: 8:40 AM

💵 Registration Fees

• Members: $15
• Non-members: $20
• Youth (18 and Under): Free
• Family Pricing: Available for families, including extended family in town for the holidays.

📦 Packet Pick Up

• Date: November 26th from 3:30-8 PM
• Location: Legend Cider Co. Talent Taphouse, 245 W Valley View, Talent, Oregon 97540
• Race Day Pick Up: Available from 7-8 AM on the day of the race.
• Note: NO DAY OF REGISTRATION will be offered.

🎖️ Participant Benefits

• Race Bib: Custom race bib provided.
• Finishers Medal: All participants will receive a medal.
• Awards: No age group awards will be given.
• Prohibition: NO DOGS, BIKES, SKATEBOARDS OR SKATES PERMITTED.
