Important Notes
- Starting Line: Self-seeded by average expected pace per mile.
- Strollers: Allowed, be mindful of Adaptive Athletes.
- Dogs: Not allowed due to insurance liability and safety issues.
- Registration: No race day registrations: walk-up registration on July 3rd only.

- Packet Pickup: July 4th from 6 am at Kings Park.
- 5k Start: 7 am
- 1 Mile Start: 8 am
- Awards Ceremony: 8:30 am
Course Details
- Starting Line Location: St Simons Park / Kings Park, 515 Park Ave.
- Pacing Sections: 10 pace group sections to self-seed.
- Multi-Stall Bathrooms: Available at Mallery Park, Village Pier, and Porta-potties at the start line.

- Sandy Bottom Bagels: Bagels
- Georgia Watermelon Association: Handing out watermelon
- Starbucks: Serving cold brew

5K and 1 Mile Routes
- 5K Route: USTAF Certified: View Route
- 1 Mile Run: Chip timed: follows part of the 5K course.
