Important Notes
- Starting Line: Self-seeded by average expected pace per mile.
- Strollers: Allowed, please be respectful of Adaptive Athletes.
- Dogs: Not allowed due to safety issues.
- Packet Pickup: Unclaimed packets by 8 am on Race Day are forfeited.

- Packet Pickup: Begins at 6 am at Kings Park basketball courts.
- 5k Start Time: 7 am
- 1 Mile Start Time: 8 am
- Awards Ceremony: At 8:30 am
Starting Line Details
- Location: St Simons Park / Kings Park, 515 Park Ave, St Simons Island, GA 31522.
- Pace Groups: 10 different sections available.
- Adaptive Athlete Division: Push Rim division starts 2 minutes ahead.
- Bathrooms: Available at multiple locations nearby.
Food and Snacks
- Sandy Bottom Bagels: Providing bagels.
- Georgia Watermelon Association: Handing out watermelon.
- Pepsi & Coca Cola: Donated water bottles.
- Starbucks: Serving cold brew.
Course Information
- 5k Route: USTAF Certified: detailed route video available.
- 1 Mile Route: Starts and finishes at the 5k starting line.
- 1 Mile Race: It will be chip-timed.

Awards
- 5k Awards: Includes overall, masters, and age group awards.
- 1 Mile Awards: For 12 and under, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd male and female.
- Best Costume: 1st place must be present for judging.

July 4th Activities
- Craft Show: July 3rd to July 5th at Postell Park, 530 Beachview Drive.
- Golf Cart Parade: July 4th at 11:00 am.
- Live Music: Throughout the day on July 4th.
- Fireworks: 9:00 pm on July 4th from the pier.
