On June 3, We Run Together

Global Running Day is our holiday: a celebration of the activity we love and the sport that brings our community together. We’re inviting all runners and walkers to join us on June 3 to mark the occasion, set a goal and cross the finish line.

📅 Event Details

This year’s event will include an in-person race and virtual features that provide all participants with flexible raceday options. This means you have two ways to celebrate with us:

• In-Person Race: Join us for an in-person 5K race on June 4th at 6pm at SRP Park
• Virtual Race: Run your own 5K course from any location

Either way, you’ll have the ability to upload and view your results after your run!

All donated proceeds benefit: The RECing Crew

The RECing Crew Special Leisure and Recreation Association was established in 2002 by the families and friends of those with disabilities to offer leisure and recreational opportunities for individuals with disabilities from the CSRA. These programs enhance the physical, emotional, and social growth of those that participate. Currently, there are 200+ individuals, ranging in the ages from 6-88, that participate in one or more of their programs.

All 5K and 1-Mile Kids Run participants will receive:

• Finisher Medal: A medal to celebrate your achievement
• Fun Bib Number: A unique bib number to wear on race day
• Race T-Shirt: A commemorative t-shirt for all participants
• Game Ticket: A General Admission ticket for that evening's Augusta GreenJackets game with a FREE cold beverage of choice!
