Join us for the 4th Annual Dam 5 Miler!
- Location: Center Hill Recreation Area, Lancaster, TN
- Scenic Route: The run starts at the Center Hill Dam and continues into Edgar Evins State Park.
- Unique Features: A native pollinator corridor along the roads and challenging inclines.
- Participants: Runners and walkers are both welcome.

🏆 Awards
- Finisher Medals: Awarded to ALL finishers.
- Overall Awards: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places for male and female overall.
- Age Group Awards: 1st, 2nd and 3rd places for male and female in each age group (10 year brackets).
- Masters Awards: Available for males and females aged 40 and up.
🎽 Race Features
- Chip-Timed: This race is chip-timed for accurate results.
- Race T-shirt: All runners receive a race t-shirt, with availability for late registrants.
- Finisher Medals: Awarded to all finishers.
- Aid Stations: Located approximately every 1.5-2 miles along the route.
❌ Cancellations/Refunds
The Dam 5 Miler has a NO REFUND policy, except for cancellations due to public health concerns.
📦 Packet Pick-up
- Friday, November 20th: 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. CST at 158 Resource Lane, Lancaster, TN 38569.
- Saturday, November 21st: Packet pickup at Ike Park from 7:00 - 7:45 a.m. CST.
