🎉 Race Format

The 2nd annual Beer mile presented by the Lumberyard in Clinton, SC will be the most fun you've ever had running a mile. Gather your friends to form a squad for the relay option or if you are bold enough, try the solo challenge. Whichever you choose will surely be a blast!

🍺 Solo Challenge

• Route: A quarter mile loop beginning and ending at the Lumberyard.
• Requirement: Drink a beer before starting your first loop.
• Distance: 4 Beers, 4 Loops, which equals a beer mile.
• Note: Rules for the solo challenge are stricter than those for the team relay.

🤝 Team Relay

• Composition: Teams will consist of 4 runners.
• Format: Each runner must drink a beer, run a loop, then drink another beer.
• Distance: Each runner will run 1/4 mile and drink 2 beers.
• Fun: Sounds like a good time to me.

🕺 Registration and Safety

The best part about this race is you can either be the faster runner or the faster chugger, both skills are needed to have the edge! If you are neither, sign up for the T-shirt and beer and enjoy the laughs!
