🏃‍♂️ The Melt Down: Race Overview

Three 5K's + One Day = The Melt Down! This challenging event is in its 10th year.

🕗 Race Schedule

• Start Times: 8:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m., and 10:00 a.m.
• Race Choices: Do one, two, or all three races! You can decide that day!
• Order Requirement: Races must be done in order (so no fresh runners in race #2 or race #3).
• Single Race: If participants are just doing one race, it has to be the 8:00 a.m. race.

🏞️ Course and Amenities

• Course Description: Course is on a beautiful wide, smooth, paved trail through two parks and crosses a historical bridge!
• Facilities: Indoor restrooms available.
• Family Fun: There is a fun, free splash pad and playground for the kiddos located right next to the start/finish.
• Finishers' Reward: Everyone who finishes all three races receives a custom MELT DOWN medal.

🏅 Awards and Prizes

• T-Shirts: Fun HOT, summer-themed t-shirts!
• Awards: Top three male/female and top 3 in age groups in the FIRST race only.
• Combined Times: Awards for the top 3 best COMBINED times of all three races.
