- Registration Fees: $5 5K, $5 1 mile

Virtual Participation
- Cost: $5 for 5K or 1 mile
- Shirt Add-On: $20 to add the shirt
Awards and Refreshments
- Age Group Awards: Presented to the top three overall male/female runners
- Categories: Top male/female in each age group (18 & under, 18-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, 61+)
- Raffle: We will have a raffle following the run
- Refreshments: Available for participants and families
Event Schedule
The 1 Mile walk will start at 8:00am: please note that this event will not be timed. The 5K run (or walk) timed race will begin at 8:30am.
About World AIDS Day
World AIDS Day is an opportunity for people worldwide to unite in the fight against HIV, to show support for people living with HIV, and to commemorate those who have died from an AIDS-related illness. Founded in 1988, World AIDS Day was the first ever global health day.
Unity Wellness Center
Unity Wellness Center provides HIV testing & counseling, HIV primary medical care, medical case management services, and HIV prevention education and awareness programs.
Registration Information
- Guarantee Tee Shirt: Register by October 31st
- Tee Shirt Availability: Registrations received after October 31st are NOT guaranteed a tee shirt.
- Online Registration: Closes at 11:59PM CST on Wednesday, November 11th.
- In-Person Registration: Available Friday, 11/13, from 4-7pm at Whistle Stop Bottle and Brew in Opelika, or on race day starting at 7am. Offline registration will be $25 - CASH OR CHECK ONLY.
Weather Policy
The race will take place in the rain, but in the event of thunderstorms, the race will be canceled. No refunds will be given.
Family and Pet Friendly
Bring your kids and your dogs! Keep all pups on leashes, though. Bathrooms will be located close to the start/finish area.
