The Wisdom Warrior Challenge (WWC) is a unique track event for senior living communities! What started as 19 seniors training together for a local 5K now involves more than 1,000+ participants in a national competition! And it’s absolutely FREE to every participant thanks to our generous sponsors!
Participating senior communities are given all the tools required to host a WWC track event for their residents that will earn them points in both a local and national competition!
🕰️ QUALIFYING INFORMATION
Eligibility: Participants must be 50 years of age or older and able to repeat the statement: “Age is just a number, and I am so much more than a number!”
Competition Structure: The competition is broken down into several different distances and various age categories – including a wheelchair division!
Participant Perks: Participants receive stocked up swag bags, t-shirts, and medals.
🌟 COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
The WWC is a fantastic opportunity to engage senior community residents in health and wellness programs, as well as involve the local community through sponsorships, awards ceremonies and vendor expos!
