About this race
The Thanksgiving Day tradition continues!
Join us for our 30th Annual Turkey Trot 5K and burn some calories before the feast!
Registration:
- Registration Type: Choose either in-person or virtual.
- Age Categories: Choose either Adult (14 & over) or Youth (13 & under).
- Shirt Options: Choose Shirt or No Shirt.
- Deadline: Shirts are available through November 16.
- Price Increase: Price increases on October 27, so register early!
- Transfer Policy: Race registrations are not eligible for transfer to other runners.

- Monday: November 23, 2026 - 3 pm - 7 pm
- Tuesday: November 24, 2026 - 9 am - 7 pm
- Wednesday: November 25, 2026 - 9 am - 5 pm

- Race Day: Thursday, November 26, 2026 - 7 am - 8:50 am
Race Shirts:
Shirts will be distributed at our Packet Pick Up times. Virtual registrants who live outside of York and Lancaster counties may have their shirts shipped for a flat rate $10.
In-person Race:
- Parking: Free parking is available at the Susquehanna Commerce Center, 221 W. Philadelphia St, York, PA.
- Dog Policy: Please NO DOGS on the race course per city ordinance.
- Stroller Policy: Strollers are permitted on the course.
- Walkers: Please move to the back of the starting line and walk along the side of the race route to allow runners a clear path to get their fastest time.
You + 5 Friends = $20 Refund!
You will be refunded when 5 of your friends sign up for the fun! Share your unique referral code with others. The code is generated at the end of your registration, so save it and forward to your friends!

Catholic Harvest Food Pantry:
Please bring a non-perishable food donation or check donation to packet pick-up. The community-based Food Pantry serves at least 750 families each month, providing food, infant and hygiene supplies to those in need. Although formed as a collaboration of the local Catholic Churches, the Food Pantry serves any individual or family in need, and not those only affiliated with the Catholic church.
