Join the Pineland Striders for our annual Independence Day Races! The Pineland Striders are proud to welcome runners to Medford, NJ for the 46th year! Join us in celebrating Independence Day with some sweaty summer miles!

🏃‍♀️ Event Details

• Race Types: 10K, 5K, and FREE Kids' Fun Run.
• Participant Incentive: The first 300 participants to register for the USATF-sanctioned, chip-timed 10K and 5K will receive a waterproof, wireless Bluetooth speaker!
• Course Characteristics: Fast and flat courses. On-course hydration will be available.
• Accessibility: Strollers are allowed, but dogs are not permitted. With a two-hour cutoff, all paces are welcome!

🎓 Beneficiary Information

Proceeds from the races fund two scholarships for Shawnee High School student athletes, with the remaining proceeds benefiting Prince of Peace Community Food Pantry in Marlton, NJ.

📅 Registration Details

Pre-registration closes on Wednesday, June 25. Race day registration will be available ($55 for the 10K, $45 for the 5K)!

🏆 Team Challenge

We are excited to continue last year's new Team Challenge this year! When you sign up, feel free to create or join a team. All teams with five or more members will have their times entered into the Team Challenge. Each team's three fastest times will be combined, and the team with the fastest overall time will win the challenge! Awards will also be given out to the largest team and to the most spirited team. How your team shows off its spirit is up to you! Let’s see you flex those creative muscles (but don’t flex too hard--remember you have a race to run!).
