Join us to celebrate the 27th Living Journeys Summit Hike!
It's a big year and we hope you can join us on Saturday, July 25th at Crested Butte Mountain Resort Base Area in celebration of 27 years of community cancer support!
The Summit Hike is Living Journeys' largest community event and it's special seeing so many people come together in support of those facing cancer and to honor the family and friends we have lost.
Mt Crested Butte is situated in the heart of the West Elk Mountains in southwestern Colorado. At the summit of Mt Crested Butte (12,162 feet) participants will get a 360 degree view of the West Elk Mountains, the Raggeds, the Snowmass/Maroon Bells Wilderness, and the Gunnison National Forest.
Everyone is Welcome!
From hardcore athletes to casual visitors, everyone is welcome at the 27th Summit Hike! Choose the hike that suits you:
- Hardcore: 9.9 mi round-trip hike from Mt Crested Butte base (9,350 to 12,162 ft).
- Moderate: Ride the Silver Queen chairlift to 11,340 ft, then hike 2 miles round trip to the summit.
- Casual: Enjoy the views from the chairlift, walk around top of the lift, and then return to join us for lunch.
