Shawano Sundrop Daze 5K Run/Walk

🏃‍♀️ Event Overview

This event will take place during Shawano Sundrop Dayz on Saturday, June 7, 2025. A registration tent will be set up on E. Elizabeth St. just West of Lincoln St. Registration and check in will begin at 7:30 am with the 5K Run/Walk beginning at 9:00 am.

🗺️ Course Details

The entire course will be a combination of city streets and the Mountain Bay Trail.

📝 Registration Information

• Online Registration: Online registration ONLY prior to race day.
• Deadline: Participants must register no later than May 17th to receive the desired t-shirt size.
• Post-Deadline: If you register after the deadline, the t-shirt and/or size will depend on availability.
• Closing Time: Online registration is open until 11:59 PM on Friday, June 6.

💵 Day of Race Registration

Participants can still register on the day of the race ($35) from 7:30 to 8:45 a.m.

🏆 Awards

Awards will be given to the top male and female in each division.

🧘‍♀️ Wellness Offerings

• Pre-race Yoga: Cornerstone Chiropractic and Wellness will be offering 20-minute "Ready, Set, Flow Yoga!" w/ Debbie Lonick-RYT at 8:15 am.
• Massage: Free chair massages before and after the run.
• Stretching: Free 10-minute passive stretch before and after the run.
• Additional Offerings: Electrolyte drink for runners, cooling towels and band-aids as needed, and spinal assessments with sports & nutritional advice from our doctors.
