PLEASE NOTE: In order to receive a race shirt, participants must be signed up by Monday, June 26th at 9am EDT. We will order 1-2 extra in each size but no entry will be guaranteed a shirt after that time has passed.

• When: July 4, 2024
• Where: 5 E Lake St., Sand Lake, MI

🏁 Race Details

• Distance: 4 miles
• Course: Relatively flat and fast, circling around Sand Lake using a mix of pavement, dirt roads, and paved trails
• Event: Part of the Sand Lake 4th of July Celebration with proceeds benefiting the Cedar Springs Cross Country program
• Event Type: Run/Walk for the whole family

🕒 Schedule

• 6:30 - 7:30am: Packet pick-up and day-of registration
• 8:00am: Race starts

🏆 Results and Updates

Results will be posted for viewing in-person after the race and online within 24-48 hours. All updates will be shared on the 4th Annual Sand Lake Run 4 the 4th Facebook Event. Only "important" updates will be emailed to registered participants.
