We are all a little Irish on St. Patrick's Day and if you're like us, you prepare for St. Patrick's Day all year long through a rigorous training plan, continual practice, and self-sacrifice. We also run a bit so we're prepared for the Shake Your Shamrocks 5K, 10K run, and 2K walk.
