🎉 Welcome to the Dino Dash!

It's an Orange County tradition!

The Dinosaur Dash is a community run, walk, and bike event benefiting the Tustin Public Schools Foundation. There's something for everyone--a 2k fun run, chip-timed 5k and 10k runs, and Bike Tours for all riding levels (15k and a family-friendly 5k).

• Event Format: Run, walk, or bike to support Tustin Public Schools.
• Finisher Medals: Unique, student-designed logo on medals for 10k, 5k, and Bike Tour.
• Awards: Trophies for top finishers in the 5k and 10k: medals for second and third places.
• Fun Elements: The 2k Fun Run and Bike Tour are not timed and do not have age division awards.

🚴‍♂️ Bike Tours Information

The 15k bike tour passes through Tustin and Irvine before returning to The Market Place in Tustin. This tour is recommended for riders age 13 and up since it is on open roads. We also offer a family-friendly 5K tour on closed roads. The Bike Tours are not timed.

• 15k Tour: Ideal for ages 13 and up on open roads.
• Family-friendly Tour: A 5K tour on closed roads, great for all ages.
• Non-Timed: Both bike tours are not competitive.

🎪 Family Expo

A free family Expo will offer activities, school fundraising booths, and exhibitors.

• Activities: Engaging fun for families at the Expo.
• Fundraising: Support school initiatives through various booths.
• Exhibitors: Local businesses and organizations present.

🏫 Tustin Public Schools Foundation

The Tustin Public Schools Foundation is a charitable organization that supports the students and teachers of Tustin Unified schools by funding grants, scholarships, and enrichment programs such as after-school sports, robotics, college readiness, Tustin Summer Academy, and more.

PLEASE NOTE: Race day registrations (Sunday, November 2nd) do not include a shirt.

• 6:30 AM: Bike Valet Opens
• 6:30 AM: Bike Tour - 15k begins on open roads
• 6:45 AM: Bike Tour - 5k begins on closed roads
• 7:00 AM: Dino Dash Expo Opens
• 7:00 AM: 10K Chip-timed Run Begins
• 8:00 AM: Food Court Opens
• 8:00 AM: 5K Chip-timed Run Begins
• 8:20 AM: TUSD Middle School Cross Country 5k Begins
• 9:00 AM: 2K Fun Run Begins (non-timed)
• 10:00 AM: Video Contest Awards - Expo Stage
• 10:30 AM: Event Ends
