Race Logistics

• Race Lead: There will be a race lead on bike for runners & walkers.
• Beverages: We will provide beverages before the race and also at the water station at the halfway point for participants.
• Cups Provided: We will provide orange paper cups for water and purple paper cups for sports drinks.
• Gear Check: A complimentary gear check for all participants will be available.

Race Information

• Distance Markers: There will be distance markers at every half mile of the race to indicate where you are.
• Warmup Stretches: A quick announcement and warmup stretches will start at 8:30 am.

• September 12: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• September 16: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• September 17: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• September 18: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Awards and Prizes

• Post-Race: After the race is completed, we will announce awards and prizes.
• Categories: First, second & third placed by male and female will receive an award.
• Overall Winner: Overall winner will receive a prize.
• Results: Times will be displayed on our race website the following day.

Race Rules

• No Bikes: NO bikes, skates or scooters.
• Strollers: Strollers are permitted but will start with the walkers, not runners.
• Wheelchairs: Wheelchairs are also permitted and will begin with the walkers.
• Timings: This race will be a chip-timed event: RFID Bib Chips must be worn on the front of your torso.

• No Refunds: There will no refunds for this event.
• Cancellation: If this event is canceled, you will receive an email notification with information to reschedule.
