The GFWC Ashcake Woman's Club is pleased to present the 21st Annual Ashland Harvest Run/Walk.

📅 Event Details

• Date: October 19, 2024
• Start Time: 8:00 AM for 10K, 8:10 AM for 5K
• Location: Ashland Carter Park, 1112 Maple St, Ashland, VA
• Timing: Chip-timed events provided by Commonwealth Timing

🎯 Beneficiary Information

This year's race proceeds will benefit the Moments of Hope Outreach, the Sportable, and other charities.

👥 Team Participation

• Team Fun: Get a team together for fun to run or walk!
• Team Pricing: $32.50 per person, available for groups of 3 or more after three register.
• Course Certification: Both courses are US Track & Field Certified.
• 10K Certification ID: VA21018RT - View Certificate

📦 Packet Pick-Up

• Date & Time: 10/18/2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Patrick Henry YMCA
• Race Day Pick-Up: 10/19/2024 at Carter Park from 6:45 AM to 7:45 AM
• Registration: Registrations will be accepted at both packet pick-up locations.

🏅 Participant Perks

• Finisher's Medal: All participants will receive a finisher's medal.
• Race T-Shirt: Available for those registered by October 1, 2024.
• Prize Entry: Automatic entry for prizes on race day.
• Registration Deadline: After October 18, 2024, at 10:00 AM, all registration will be onsite.
