🏃‍♂️ Race Location

• Venue: Nichols Park in Jacksonville (off Vandalia St.)
• Entrance: Please use the NE entrance to the park.

🕒 Event Schedule

• 6:30 AM: Registration
• 7:30 AM: 5K run & walk
• 8:15 AM: Kids 1/2 Mile Fun Run (12 & Under)

🎟️ Bib Pickup

• July 2: The Springfield Running Center (2943 West White Oaks Drive) from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
• July 3: CNB Bank & Trust in Jacksonville (1211 W. Morton) from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Race Day: 6:30 a.m. at Nichols Park

🏆 Awards

• Overall Awards: Top 2 male and female finishers and masters in the 5K only.
• Age Categories: 13 & under, 14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & over.
• Fun Run: All finishers will receive an award.

👕 T-Shirt

• Registration Deadline: Please register by June 27 to guarantee a shirt and desired size.

• Provider: Timing and results provided by Final Lap Racing.

⚠️ Delay/Cancellation Policy

• Weather: The race will be held regardless of inclement weather.
• Safety: Race directors may delay or cancel the race if safety becomes a concern.
• Refund Policy: The costs associated with planning are non-refundable, including registration fees.
• Cancellation: If canceled, your registration fee will be considered a charitable contribution to Prairieland United Way, and you will still receive your T-shirt and attendance prizes.
