Soles4Vets Memorial 5k Race/Walk

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

Join us for the 4th annual Soles4Vets Memorial 5k run/walk/roll. The race will be held on Saturday, May 16th, 2026 at Granger Meadows park in Lansing. All abilities are welcome to participate as we raise funds for our Soles4Vets Program for Veterans who are homeless or in need throughout the Great Lakes States. The race is to Honor those who have served our Country and are no longer with us.

💰 Pricing

• Early Registration: $30 until May 1st (t-shirt & Medal guaranteed)
• Late Registration: $40 from May 2nd to May 16th (t-shirts not guaranteed)

T-Shirt 👕 Details

All participants will receive a t-shirt, guaranteed with registrations by May 1st. After that t-shirts available as supplies last.

🏆 Awards

• Overall Winners: Plaques to Overall winner male and female
• Age Group Awards: Winner Boy (8-12), Winner Girl (8-12), Winner Teen Male (13-18), Winner Teen Female (13-18)
• Senior Categories: Senior Male and Female (50-59, 60-69, 70 & Up)

🏅 Finisher Medal

All participants will receive a finisher's medal.

🗺️ Course Information

The race is a 5k run/walk (3.1 miles) on a 100% paved path at Granger Meadows park. The course is an out and back. Map listed above in the menu.

📦 Packet Pickup

• Early Packet Pick Up: Friday, May 15th at the Footprints of Michigan office, 3010 W. Saint Joseph St. Lansing, MI 48917 from 3pm to 6:30PM.
• Race Day Packet Pickup: Will be held at the race location starting at 9:00 am.

⏱️ Timing and Results

The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Results will be live and posted on this website.
