📅 Event Details & Schedule:
- Date: February 14th: Pre-Race Check-In at Road Runner Sports.
- Race Day: February 16th, with registrations starting at 6:00 AM.
- Opening Remarks: 7:00 AM & start times for different runs at 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM.
- Awards Ceremony: Starting at 9:30 AM.
📦 Packet Pick-Up:
- Opportunities: Refer to event details for pickup times.
- Signed Waiver: Required for all athletes.
- Race Day Pick-Up: Not recommended due to busy schedule.
- Gear Check: Provided for all participants.
🚰 Aid Stations:
Three hydration points along the route located at mile 1.4, 3.5 and 4.7 with water and electrolyte drinks.
🅿️ Race Day Parking:
Tidelands Park has approximately 200 parking spots available. Street parking is also an option. Carpooling is encouraged.
🎒 Bag Check:
A bag check is available at the start line for your convenience.
🏅 Awards Breakdown:
Vday Pint glasses awarded to the overall winners and the Top 3 in Age Group categories.
👶 Baby Joggers & Strollers:
Please position yourself towards the back of the start line if using a jogger for safety.
🐾 Pets:
Pets are not allowed on the course for safety and insurance reasons.
🎧 Headphones:
Use of headphones is discouraged: if used, please keep one ear free for safety notifications.
🔄 Transfers:
Transfers and refunds are not permitted.
