Ashland Bruin Fun Run and 5K

Event Overview

Race with us in the 20th Annual Falcon/Bruin 5K or 1 Mile Fun Run and support our school! Please join Ashland Elementary School in promoting physical health and fitness throughout the community. Our hope is to continue encouraging health through exercise and nutritional awareness with our students and neighbors.

Race Details

• Date: 2025-09-27
• Location: 15300 Bowmans Folly Dr., Manassas, VA
• Courses: The 1-mile loop starts from the Ashland school and returns. The 5K is an out and back style course through the Ashland neighborhood.

New Features in 2025

• 1 Mile Elite Group: New competitive category.
• Stroller Award Category: Recognizing participants with strollers.

Facilities and Amenities

• Parking: Available on Bowman’s Folly beyond the school and on Warm Springs.
• Restrooms: Located inside Ashland’s Gymnasium.
• Water and Snacks: One water station at the 1-mile point of the race. Healthy snacks will be available after the race.

Beneficiary

Proceeds benefit Ashland Elementary and Physical Education along with Forest Park High School Cross Country/Track and Field Teams.
