What is a Tunnel to Towers Run & Walk? The Tunnel to Towers Run & Walk Series honors the heroic life and death of Stephen Siller, a New York City firefighter who lost his life on September 11, 2001.
Honor those who lost their lives on 9/11 and support first responders and military sacrifices. Learn more at www.t2t.org.
📍 Event Details
Distance: 5K (approximately 3.1 miles), open to runners and walkers.
Packet Pick-up: Information to be announced closer to the event on email or .
Same-Day Registration: Available with increased prices, but shirt sizes not guaranteed.
Online Registration: Closes on race day with a price increase for late registrants.
🏆 Awards and Logistics
Bib Requirement: Display bib on outermost garment, failure to do so may result in disqualification.
Event Timing: Not timed, all participants line-up together at the start.
Awards: Primarily for first responders, plans may evolve based on sponsorships.
Water Stations: Water available along the route and start/finish line.
🎒 Bring & Logistics
Allowed Items: Strollers, wheelchairs, firefighter gear, military backpacks permitted.
Fundraising: Registration fee doesn't count towards fundraising goal.
Donations: Accepted even after the event for 6 weeks.
