Event Details

• Age: Adult/Open/college/Junior college

Spike Policy

The only acceptable spikes allowed on the track surface are 1/4 inch pyramid spikes. All spikes must be checked prior to competition.

Food Policy

Outside food and beverage is NOT allowed to be brought into the arena. Alumni Stadium provides the opportunity for individual food and beverage purchases at the concession stand.

General Information

• Eligibility: Meets are open to Open, Club and Collegiate runners.
• Admission: Spectators must pay a $5 admission fee.
• Event Format: All events are run by mixed gender unless specified.
• Schedule: Heats are fast to slow with a rolling time schedule unless otherwise noted on meet day.

Pre-Registration & Fees

• Registration: Register on RunSignUp by 4pm on race day.
• Entry Fee: $20 per individual event; $15 for Kean Alumni or Cougar Running Club members.

Check-in Procedures

Track is open one hour prior to the meet's designated start time. Athletes cannot enter the track until that time!

• Pre-Registered Runners: Report to the end of the 100m Finish line for wristband and bib number pickup.
• Check Lists: Check entry lists at the clerking table to ensure names and seed times are correct.
• Event Reporting: Report to the clerking area on turn one, outside the track, approximately 30 min prior to event start.
• Hip Numbers: Two hip numbers will be assigned; one for your left hip and one for your right chest.

• 100m
• 200m
• 400m
• 100m Hurdles
• 400m Hurdles
• Shot Put: 4 attempts, no final.

Note: Long and triple jump also have 4 attempts, no final.
