🦞 Lobster Fest Shoreline Road Race

The Lobster Fest Shoreline Road Race kicks off this year's Guilford Rotary Lobster Fest Event. Come run or walk, then stay for a fun filled lunch time picnic with live music, lobster roll and beer! A beer or non-alcoholic beverage is included for each 5K / Walk participant, while discounted picnic tickets may be added to your race entry during registration. You may also purchase additional tickets for friends and family members at the reduced race participant rate.

🎉 Activities

In addition to the lobster picnic, there will also be a number of other activities to ensure everyone enjoys a fun filled afternoon on the CT Shoreline:

• Silent Auction: A chance to bid on exciting items.
• Live Bands: Shoreline Connection and a second band to be announced soon.
• Bounce House: For kids to enjoy and play.
• Lawn Games: Fun activities available for everyone to enjoy.

🏃‍♂️ Race Information

Accompanying the 5K road race will be a 2 mile fitness walk and kids fun run. The 5K will follow a picturesque route through Guilford that encompasses the marina and town green. A race shirt will be provided to all 5K and 2M entrants.

📝 Registration Details

Please note that registration is only available online until 10:45 am on race day morning. Remember to allow plenty of time to park and check in to collect your race number before the start at 11:00 am.

💰 Entry Fees

• 5K or Fitness Walk:
  • Before May 1 - $35, entry includes race t-shirt subject to availability (picnic ticket not included).
  • Before June 17 - $40, entry includes race t-shirt subject to availability (picnic ticket not included).
  • Thereafter $45 - entry includes race t-shirt subject to availability (picnic ticket not included).
    • 5K and Walk entrants may also purchase optional Lobster Picnic tickets for just $30 each, during registration. Each picnic ticket offers: lobster roll (burger / veggie patties / hot dog alternatives available), plus beer or non-alcoholic beverage.
• Kids Fun Run: $10 (picnic ticket not included, but a race shirt can be purchased for an additional $6).

Entry fees shown include any additional processing fees.

📅 Event Schedule

• Registration: Available (ONLINE ONLY) up to and including race day.
• Advance Race Check-In: At Frank's Package Store, 15 Boston Street, Guilford
  • Friday, June 20, 2024 4:00 - 6:00 pm.
• Race Day Check-In: And bib collection from 8:00 am.
• Kids Fun Run Start: 10:45 am.
• 5K Run and 2M Walk Start: 11:00 am.

• Top Overall Male and Female 5K Finishers:
  • Includes a 1 year Black Card Planet Fitness membership.
• Top Male & Female Finishers in Each Age Group:
  • 12 & under
  • 13-19
  • 20-29
  • 30-39
  • 40-49

  • 70-79
  • 80+
• Fun Runners: Will each receive finisher ribbons.
