Official Program: The Jeff Galloway Training Program is the official training program of 26.2 with DONNA The National Marathon to Finish Breast Cancer.
Race Preparation: We also train for all races that Galloway pacers serve, including but not limited to Walt Disney World marathon and half marathons, Ameris Bank half and full marathon, Amelia Island Half Marathon, and Space Coast half and full marathons.
Training Method: The Jacksonville Galloway Training Program follows Olympian Jeff Galloway’s training run-walk-run guidelines.
Open to All: Our program is open to anyone who is interested in fulfilling a lifetime goal of running a 5k, half marathon, or full marathon.
Group Features
Inclusivity: The training group welcomes all levels, including walkers.
Walk Breaks: Our group runs feature walk breaks at regular intervals based on your skill level.
Pace Groups: Pace groups are set up according to current fitness level.
Group Leaders: A Group Leader is assigned to keep the speed slow enough for all members and enforce walk breaks from the beginning to the end.
