• Heart Health: KEEP YOUR HEART HEALTHY – AND HELP DO THE SAME FOR OTHERS TOO!
• Fundraising: Give your heart a run and raise money to support the FHN Cardiopulmonary Department.
• Event Details: The FHN Healthy Heart Hustle 5K run (timed race) and a 1-mile Victory Lap for Cardiac Services alumni, kids, and families will start and end at FHN Family Healthcare Center – Burchard Hills Clinic, 1010 W. Fairway Drive, Freeport, IL.

📅 Race Day Information

• Date: SATURDAY, JULY 19, 2025
• Start Time: Race and Walk begins at 8 a.m.
• Advance Registration Price: $25 for advance registration ending July 3.
• Junior Registration: $10 age 17 and under. T-shirt guaranteed to those who register before July 3.

💰 Registration Costs

• Late Registration: $35 for registration on/after July 4.
• Race-Day Registration: 7:00 – 7:30 a.m.
• T-shirt/Bib Pick-Up: At Burchard Hills Clinic begins at 7 a.m. on race day.
