🌳 Scenic Route

This race will take you along the scenic trails of the Lewis and Clark Lake Recreation area. Runners travel on established, new paved trails that trek through wooded areas as they wind along the shores of Lewis and Clark Lake and Lake Yankton. There are spectacular views of the area and wildlife from the trails. The lake area is a winter haven for Bald Eagles. We do not think you will find a more beautiful race route to run!

📅 Check-In Information

• Location: At Ace Bike & Fitness 2404 Broadway (recommended) the day before event from 4:30-7:30 PM Friday: new registrations will also be accepted at ACE during check-in period.
• Day of Event: At the picnic shelter at Gavins Point Area, 1 hour before race, closes 15 minutes before each race.

⌚ Timing & Prizes

This is a CHIP TIMED race with video and manual iPad entry backup.

• Overall Awards: Prizes awarded to the OVERALL male and female.
• Age Divisions: Prizes awarded to the first and second place male and female in the following age divisions: (1-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, and 61-99). You must be present to receive awards if you place. No awards will be mailed out.
• Finishing Medals: Finishing medals for all 1/2 marathon runners.
• Shirts: Shirts for runners only.

📍 Important Notes

1. There are two very short grass sections that link the trails.
2. All races completed by 11:00 am.
