Thursday December 3
10:30 AM - 7:00 PM - Packet Pickup at the Haddon Fortnightly Building, 301 Kings Highway East, Haddonfield, NJ 08033 (located on the corner of Kings Highway and Grove St.)

Friday December 4

Saturday December 5 (RACE DAY)
7:00 AM - 8:30 AM - Check in, packet pick-up, and race-day registration (online only, no cash)
8:30 AM - Costume Contest
8:40 AM - Pre-race stretching by Movement Revolution
9:00 AM - Race starts
After the race, post-race stretching by Movement Revolution.
AWARDS
All Overall Awards will be scored on gun time. All Age Group and Team Awards will be scored on chip time.
- Overall: Top 3 – Male/Female
- Age Groups: Top 3 – Male/Female 15 and Under, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and Over
- Holiday Costume contest: prizes for top 3 winners
- Cross Country Challenge: for high school teams
SWAG
- Shirts and Medals: The first 475 registered participants will receive long sleeved tech shirts. All participants will receive a custom designed snowflake medal.
- Food and Drinks: Post-race refreshments will be provided at the end of the race, including homemade cookies, hot chocolate, water, Gatorade, and coffee.
