💥 TWO EVENTS – ONE AMAZING CAUSE!

🏅 RIVER RUN 5K – 4:30 PM START

• Course: Run or walk a USATF-certified course (CT18028JHP) along the scenic Housatonic River.
• Route: This flat, fast out-and-back route is perfect for competitive runners and casual walkers alike.
• Awards: Awards presented on stage at 5:45 PM.
• Registration: Register online only — closes at 4:15 PM.

👶 KIDS' SUPERHERO SPRINT – 4:00 PM

• Cost: $5/child (Ages 10 & under).
• Course: Little heroes will dash around a short, safe course starting at the Young’s Field playground and ending at the official 5K finish line!
• Participation: Every participant gets a medal, treat bag & chance at fun prizes!
• Check In: Check in by 3:45 PM at the Ostomy Foundation Booth.

The first 100 registrants will receive a performance shirt + swag bag!
