💥 TWO EVENTS – ONE AMAZING CAUSE!

🏁 RIVER RUN 5K – 4:30 PM START

Run or walk a USATF-certified course (CT18028JHP) along the scenic Housatonic River. This flat, fast out-and-back route is perfect for competitive runners and casual walkers alike.

• Elevation: Minimal elevation change
• Participation: Walkers welcome
• Awards: Presented on stage at 5:45 PM
• Registration: Register online only — closes at 4:15 PM

Check in and bib pickup at Ostomy Foundation Booth.

🚀 KIDS' SUPERHERO SPRINT – 4:00 PM

Cost: $5/child (Ages 10 & under)

Little heroes will dash around a short, safe course starting at the Young’s Field playground and ending at the official 5K finish line!

• Participation: Every participant gets a medal, treat bag & chance at fun prizes!
• Check In: By 3:45 PM at the Ostomy Foundation Booth
• Registration: Online-only registration closes at 3:30 PM

The first 100 registrants will receive a performance shirt + swag bag!

• Adults: $35 (Ages 18–59)
• Seniors: $25 (Ages 60+)
• Youth: $15 (Ages up to 17)
