Important Information

• Limited T-shirts: Please understand there is a very limited supply of T-shirts available for those who register the day of the event.
• Memory Garden: There will be a "Memory Garden" to honor and remember your loved one. If you would like to have your loved one's name in the Memory Garden please use the "DONATE" tab at the top while registering. There is a dropdown menu to select "On behalf Of" or "In Honor Of" that you can choose from when making a donation.
• Donation Option: You DO NOT need to register for the event to make a donation.

• Pre-Registration Deadline: July 1st, 2026
• Race Packet Pickup and Registration:
  • Roseau City Park
    • Friday July 17th, 2026 7:00-8:00pm
    • Saturday July 18th, 2026 7:15-8:00am
• Starting Time:
  • 8:30am Kids Dash followed by 5K Walk/Run (3.1 miles)
  • 8:40am 1 Mile fun walk/run
• Age Divisions:
  • 6-12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-109
• Entry Fees:
  • $30 if postmarked by July 1st, 2026
  • $40 if postmarked after July 1st, 2026
  • $85 Family Rate (Includes children 18 and under) by July 1st, 2026
  • $95 Family Rate (Includes children 18 and under) after July 1st, 2026

Included in Fees

The fee includes: Post-race refreshments, plaque for overall 1st place male and female, medals in each age division (except fun run and kids dash), and many door prizes as well! Fundraiser tie will be determined by the flip of a coin.

Proceeds go to support patients in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and for research.
