Let the Hi-jinks begin!! The Go with the Flow 5k will take place on June 22, 2024, at 323 Firehouse Drive, Fries, VA.

This event is hosted by New River Outfitters as part of the 5th (Almost) Annual 5k series.

The course is a flat and fast 5k on the New River Trail, starting at the Fries Trail Head and ending just shy of the 94/trail intersection.

Participants can enjoy a water station at the turnaround point and celebrate their race with a ticket to the Go with the Flow Music + Brewfest hosted by Creek Bottom Brews.

First Time Runners: This run is a perfect introduction to 5k events.

Running Enthusiasts: Join in on the fun-filled, energetic atmosphere of this event.

Walkers Welcome: All walkers are encouraged to participate and will be celebrated.
