About this race
Race Overview
Round 5 of the North Carolina Triathlon Series, day 2 of the White Lake Spring Triathlon weekend features both the International distance race as well as the Sprint distance race. Day 1 (Saturday) is occupied by the White Lake Half Pro/Am race.
Host Venue
Our host venue once again is The Grand Regal Resort at Goldston's Beach. Goldston's Beach was the original race site for the first White Lake Triathlon in 1996, but the recently upgraded Goldston's Beach doesn’t look anything like it did in the 90s.
Amenities
- Beach: Beautiful white sandy beach.
- Dining: Full service restaurant and bar, sandwich shop.
- Entertainment: Huge arcade and a miniature golf course.
- Kids Activities: Brand new kids playground and splash pad.

The Grand Regal at Goldston's Beach on the shores of White Lake is a fantastic place to spend a spring weekend.
