The event: Promotes youth health and fitness with a variety of races for young athletes

🚴‍♂️ Race Categories:

• Jr. Sprint Triathlon: Ages 5-12y
• Jr. Long Triathlon: Ages 9-17y
• Parent Assist Triathlon: Ages 5-10y plus 1 parent/guardian
• Wheelchair Duo Team: 1 runner + 1 pusher, 1 child + no age limit
• Fun Run: Ages 2-10y
• Mini Duathlon: Ages 2-10y, bike with or without pedals + short run
• Diaper Dash: Ages 0-2y

📅 Event Schedule:

• 6:00 am: Parking
• 6:30 am: Check-in and set up transition
• 7:30 am: Mandatory athlete meeting
• 8:00 am: Triathlon starts, followed by Fun Run, Wheelchair Duo Team Race, Mini Duathlon, and Diaper Dash
• Awards Ceremony
• Event done by 11:00 am
