Joplin Turkey Trot Overview
Welcome to the 15th Annual Joplin Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk in Downtown Joplin presented by Freeman Health System! Runners and walkers are encouraged to join us on Thanksgiving morning for what has become a family tradition for many.
Race Details
- Date: 2026-11-26
- Location: 300 S. Main, Joplin, MO
- Race Type: Certified 5K
- Course: Begins and ends right in front of the Schroeder Family Exploreum, which is closed to traffic.
Participant Experience
- Perks: Participants of the 5K will enjoy a super soft event shirt, AMAZING FINISHER MEDAL, chip timing, and start/finish line announcing by BoCa Enterprises.
- Entertainment: Music by Resonation, donuts, and coffee will be available.
- Size: As Joplin’s largest 5K, this is a race you don’t want to miss!
