• Team Registration: Create a team of 6 or more to save $5 per person.
• Spots Available: Only 200 spots, so don’t wait!

🏞️ Race Experience

• Scenic Route: Run through beautiful Pole Creek Ranch with stunning views of the Three Sisters Mountains.
• Finish Line Party: Celebrate at "Elkatraz" with live music from Tony Lompa!
• Food: Enjoy breakfast burritos from Luckey's Woodsman—don't forget to bring cash!

🎁 Swag and Amenities

• Included Swag: Custom bib, medal, bandana (or something just as cool), and tumbler.
• Post Race Treats: Enjoy beverages and snacks, including beer, seltzer, and non-alcoholic options.
• Live Music: Enjoy entertainment during the event.
• Free Kids Run: Fun for the little ones as well!

🕒 Race Day Schedule

• Early Packet Pick-up: 10/18 from 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm (TBD).
• Check-in: 10/19 from 8:45 am - 9:55 am at Pole Creek Ranch.
• Kids Run: 10:00 am.
• 5K Run/Walk: Starts at 10:10 am, followed by the Miler at 10:15 am.
• Finisher Party: 10:30 am - 12:30 pm with awards presentation.

📍 Event Location

Pole Creek Ranch Address: 15425 McKenzie Hwy, Sisters, OR 97759. Please note that many navigation apps may not recognize "Pole Creek Ranch." Allow 10-15 minutes for travel through the ranch to get to parking.

🚗 Parking Information

• Parking: Please park where volunteers direct you.

🏃‍♂️ Course Details

• Course Type: The course consists of packed gravel and dirt roads.
• Strollers: Jogging strollers are fine, but regular strollers may struggle.

🐶 Important Rules

NO DOGS OR OTHER PETS ALLOWED ON RANCH.

🏅 Fun and Prizes

• Games: Corn Hole available!
• Costumes: Prizes for the best-dressed cowboy, cowgirl, and team!
• Competitive Prizes: Awards for the fastest men and women in both the 5K and 5 Miler.
