🎉 The Downtown Dunedin Mardi Gras Race
Dunedin has become famous for their annual Mardi Gras Celebration and this year we are bringing a 5K 10K on Sunday, March 2, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. at HOB Brewing Company at 931 Huntley Avenue, Dunedin, FL 34698.
🕒 Check-In Information
- Check-In Time: Opens race day only at 7:45 a.m. at the HOB Brewing Company.
- Race Start: The 5K/10K begins at 8:30 a.m.
- Medals: Finishers medals for the 2024 are a GORGEOUS and substantial...one per registrant.
- Kids Dash: Children between the age of 0 and 10 will be invited out to the pills trail at 8:15 AM.
🏅 Awards and Finishing
- Top Finishers: Awards for the 1st 15 males and 1st 15 females in both the 5K and 10K.
- Youth and Seniors: Additional awards for youth and seniors.
- Course: The race shares the fully paved Pinellas Trail (with permit and police).
- Participants: Limited to 300 participants and timed using the RaceSplitter timing system.
📧 Email Notification
- Pre-Race Email: An email will be sent by 4 PM the day before the race with parking and arrival information.
- Bib Number: Includes your assigned bib number and waiver of release to participate.
- Spam Alert: Please check your Spam or Trash if you do not receive the email.
- Success Information: It's important that you arrive with all the information you need.

- Venue: Great venue where you're welcome to pack a cooler and enjoy the day.
- Celebrations: Many celebrations will occur on this day and all are welcome.

- Casual Event: Caters to laid-back runners and walkers.
👧 Family Friendly
- All Ages: All ages and levels of ability are welcome to register for this event.
- Pet Friendly: The event is dog and child friendly.
- Kid's Dash Registration: Must register children in the kid's dash category for a finisher's medal.
- T-Shirt: Kids run does not include a promotional t-shirt.
🅿️ Parking and Amenities
- Parking: Free downtown and encouraged to park in the Artisan parking garage.
- Bag Check: Open from check-in time until noon on race day at HOB Brewing Company.
- Free Beer: Included with each registration for runners over the age of 21.
- Merchandise: Finisher's medal and promotional themed T-shirt included.

- Early Registration: Register early as this is a sell-out every year.
- No Transfers: No transfers from other races within one week of the event.

This is a sellout race so please do not anticipate race day registration. The price increases with every 100 registrants, so we encourage you to register early.
