Enjoy this chilly run through Centennial Park in Lemont for the 18th Annual Frigid 5K at the Lemont Park District! The Frigid 5K will take place "Snow or Shine".

📝 Registration Information

• Online registration: Open until 7:30am on Race Day.
• Hoodie guarantee: Register by 11/19 to be guaranteed a hoodie.
• Post-deadline registration: Registration after 11/19 is $55 and does not guarantee a hoodie.
• Race Day registration: $65 and does not guarantee a hoodie. A limited number of hoodies will be available on Race Day morning on a first come first serve basis. Sizes may also be limited.

Wear your best ugly sweaters & fun holiday gear! Stick around for the fun after party with a hot chocolate bar, awards & refreshments.

• Awards: Given to top 3 runners in each standard age category, men & women.

⏰ Race Day Details

Race Day Sunday 12/6. Race Start Time 8:00am. The CORE will open at 6:45am. Runners are welcome to wait in the CORE gym prior to the race start.

• Packet pick up: 6:45-7:45am at The CORE Fitness and Aquatic Complex, 16050 127th Street in Lemont IL.
• Restrictions: No pets or strollers. All runners must be able to complete the 5K in 1 hour or less.
