Enjoy this chilly run through Centennial Park in Lemont for the 17th annual Frigid 5K at the Lemont Park District!

📝 Registration Details

• Online registration: Open until 7:30am on Race Day.
• Hoodie guarantee: Register by 11/19 to be guaranteed a hoodie.
• Late registration: After 11/19 is $55 and does not guarantee a hoodie.
• Race day registration: $65 and does not guarantee a hoodie.

Wear your best ugly sweaters & fun holiday gear! Stick around for the fun after party with a hot chocolate bar, awards & refreshments.

🏆 Awards

Awards are given to top 3 runners in each standard age category, men & women.

🕒 Event Schedule

• Race Start Time: 8:00am.
• The CORE opening: 6:45am: runners are welcome to wait in the CORE gym prior to the race start.
• Packet pick up: 6:45-7:45am at The CORE, 16050 127th Street in Lemont.

🚫 Important Notes

• No pets or strollers: Not allowed on the race course.
• Completion requirement: All runners must be able to complete the 5K in 1 hour or less.
