Purpose

• Goal: Provide clean and safe drinking water for rural regions of Sierra Leone.
• Impact: Dirty water threatens lives and destroys livelihoods.
• Challenges: Issues with farming due to drought and soil erosion.
• Partnerships: Collaborating with Seven Hills Global Outreach and Zion Ministries.

• Years: Celebrating 14 years of Running 4 Clean Water.
• Funds Raised: Over $195,000 for clean water projects.

Packet Pickup

• Date & Time: Friday, October 24th from 4 PM to 7 PM.
• Location: First United Methodist Church, Garland (801 W. Avenue B, Garland, TX 75040).
• Race Day Pickup: Available on-site after 6:30 AM.
• Note: No bag check service provided on race day, please plan accordingly.

Trail Information

• Course: The 5K will run on the Duck Creek Greenbelt trail.
• Path Type: Cement path through wooded and open areas.
• Caution: Areas of high and low pavement, please be aware when running/walking.
• Weather Conditions: Rain may cause event postponement: trail conditions will be surveyed the day prior.
